Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book through your website — no app download or account required. If you're on the Shop plan, they CAN download your branded app, but it's not required.
Can I accept cash only?
Yes. NailRunner doesn't force online payment. Your clients pay however you want — cash, card at the salon, or online.
How long does setup take?
